For eight weeks, at-risk youth between the ages of 14 and 21 participated in the Art in Action summer arts program. On August 27, their hard work will be revealed as the City's Graffiti Abatement Program in collaboration with Our Lady of the Lake University hosts a mural unveiling and silent auction.
