Troupe Auditions for Fall 2010
San Pedro Playhouse, Russell Hill Rogers Theater
Date: September 4th at 12:00pm
Students ages seven to 18 can audition for the fall semester of Troupe, San Pedro Playhouse's youth educational/performance program. For the audition, prepare your best excerpt of a Broadway style song (a verse or a chorus) and bring sheet music. No CD or taped accompaniments, please. Be prepared to learn a dance combination demonstrated by the choreographer at the audition. Students will be placed in one musical production after the audition, depending on their age and experience. The Troupe program meets every Saturday at the theater. The specific time will depend on which show they are placed in. If accepted into the program, there will be a tuition fee of $350. A limited number of need-based scholarships are available.
