Turn A Goblet
October 9-- 8am-12pm
Bob Edwards will take you through all the steps to complete a turned wooden goblet out of Texas mesquite. You will learn the proper tools to use and how to use them. In addition you will learn all of the process, such as centering the wood on the lathe to sanding and finishing.

In this workshop you will learn many great techniques from Van Gogh's work to improve personal style and color composition, without copying his style. The principals of this workshop are for all level painters, whether Oil or Acrylic. Demonstrations and personal attention to techniques will be offered in both the classroom and on location. Precious Metal Clay: Pendant Making
October 5--9am-5pm
In the workshop taught by Michelle Thomas, you will learn everthing you need to know to work with precious metal clay (PMC brand). You will receive 25 grams of silver clay, enough to make three pendants or charms. We will teach you how to dry connect your components, how to use molds and textures, as well as, how to clean and fire your pieces for a professional look.

Precious Metal Clay: Ring Making
October 9-10--Sat: 9am-5pm, Sun: 12pm-2pm
This is an advanced course so prior experience with PMC is helpful. We provide 25 grams of clay, a natural sapphire and a small amound of 24k gold. You should have enough material to make 3 rings. Not only will we teach you several techniques to make ring shanks we'll also teach you how to embed stones and accents as well as bezel and or prong set stones.
